Our Mosaic Blend is an artful combination of our sweetest coffees currently in stock. This is a blend designed for maximum sweetness impact as an espresso or filter-brewed coffee. Sanctuary Blend is our take on a common product: the breakfast blend. Sanctuary is chocolatey and nutty, typically consisting of a well-balanced coffee from the Americas, plus an accent coffee with sweet and juicy notes from anywhere in the world. This coffee is always satisfying, but rarely mystifying. It is a safe, beautiful place to enjoy your morning.

Our Confession Espresso is seasonal, yet consistent. Typically, this coffee is a blend of 2 or 3 coffees. The components change, but the flavor profile does not: lively citrus, smooth mouthfeel, sweet with milk, and intriguingly memorable.
Current ingredients: 50% Brazil Fazenda Santa Lucia + 20% Colombia Buesaco Alianza Granjeros + 30% Peru La Convencion
Recommended brewing specifications: 20g coffee into portafilter, 40g espresso yielded, 27-29 second extraction. No pre-ground options exist for our espresso- whole bean only. | $14.00
